Dudley Morton

Dudley is a Principal at Adam James International where he is responsible for business development, client management, candidate sourcing and overall recruiting strategy.  Dudley works across various industries with a focus on placing senior management and operational executives, partner level attorneys in law firms and attorneys in general counsel positions in corporations. Early in his career, Dudley served on Senator Hank Brown’s staff in the United States Senate in Washington, D.C.  Dudley received his BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver College of Law.  Following law school, he was in private practice for fifteen years with a focus on general business matters and commercial litigation.

A Denver native, Dudley's passions include his family, Denver Broncos football, the Colorado outdoors, education and giving back to his community. Dudley serves on the Board of The Challenge Foundation and the Heart and Hand Center for Youth and Their Families, and is a founding member of the Good Wood Club.
